Brewster Gang is a Tribute to BBP’s formidable women! 100% brewed & designed by our female talents, in collab with Pink Boots Society.

Pink Boots Society takes part into the celebration of women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry — a movement to recognize the impact they have on our industry.

Yeast: Kolsch

"Arigato Tokyo is our homage to our beautiful story in Japan"
Rice IPA
ABV 5.5% - IBU 38 - EBC 23
Koichi Fugita-san was one of our first foreign distributors, he developed BBP in Japan further than what we would ever expect... a few thousand litres of beer and one Taproom in Shinjuku after, we decided to stop far away exports to reduce our carbon footprint being more responsible in the way we do business. The memories are there and our respect for Koichi and for Japan are untouched. Thank you Koichi-san, thank you Shinjuku, thank you Tokyo, thank you Japan. Arigato Tokyo is our liquid goodbye.
Tasting descripton: A super easy drinking IPA, were we used rice in the grain bill to bring extra crispiness.
An expressive combo of hops makes it even more interesting. Cryopop, Sabro, Ekuanot and Sorachi Ace will bring you notes of tangerine, coconut, cedar, pine, guava and melon...
A dry, crisp and bitter vibe to repeat over and over again. Cheers!
Malt: Pale malt, Cara 20, Torrified Rice Flakes.
Hops: Columbus, Sabro, Sorachi Ace, Ekuanot.
Yeast: US05.
"The beer created by our community "
Double Stout
ABV 8% - IBU 18 - EBC 117
If you are one of our Crowdfunder's you know what this is about... if not, here it goes:
We asked our crowdfunders to help to create a beer, based in a community survey with several questions. We brewed a Strong stout inspired in Swedish cinnamon rolls.
By the way, every year we open a new wave for crowdfunding, keep an eye in our newsletter if you want to become part of our community. 12 beers per year for life? Sounds like a good deal, no?
Tasting description: A full body, sweet and strong stout. A thick and warm mouthfeel involving notes of cereals, toffee, biscuit, coffee, cinnamon and vanilla...
A decadent sweet and rich aroma highlighting toffee, biscuit, cookies, cinnamon and vanilla. We kept bitterness low to allow a full malty experience and sweeter experience.

Hops: Columbus, Chinook.
Extra: Vanilla and Cinnamon.
Yeast: Lutra Kveik.
"Spontaneous beer"
Mixed-fermentation Saison & Lambic (by DANSAERT)
ABV 5.5%
Have you tried any of our DANSAERT beers yet?! Generally they’re in 75cl but as we have a new one in 37.5cl we cannot keep this one from you! For this beer we blended our 2 base recipes (Saison and Lambic) in a 85/15 ratio and dry-hopped it with some nice American hops. A complex yet accessible DANSAERT beers with fruity notes and a fresh acidity. A nice beer aperitive!
Tasting description: DANSAERT beers come with extra layers of complexity. The dozens of different yeast & bacteria in mixed- & spontaneous fermentation bring fruity esters, spicy phenols, different acids and plenty other great flavours and aromas. The Saison x Lambic combines all this with a beautiful fruity dry-hop of American hops. This beer will also evolve over time as the refermentation, and ingredients keep interacting over time. Great to try now and get another bottle or 2 for later in time!
"THE Tropical Bomb"
New England IPA
ABV 5.4% - IBU 30 - EBC 8

Tasting description:
A New England IPA, a full-on chewy hazy. A Tropical Bomb with exotic pineapple and mango notes. A less bitter interpretation of the IPA with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. " The new grosse bertha"
Tripel Blanche

"Collab with To Øl from Copenhagen"
Double IPA
ABV 8% - IBU 50 - EBC 28
Twin Cities is the result of the collaboration with our good friends of To Øl from Copenhagen - Denmark, one of the best European breweries and one of the pioneers in the craft sector in Europe.
Brewed during our 10th anniversary.
The idea of this brew is to offer a "wanderlust" of hops, where we sourced hops from 5 different countries and used them in 6 different steps of the brewing process ( mash, beginning of the boil, end of the boil, whirlpool, active fermentation and after fermentation) to give a super complex hoppy profile, extremely layered with floral, grassy, piney, stone fruit, melon and tropical notes with a pleasant lingering bitterness.
A strong abv and a robust malt base gives support and balance to our hop bouquet, with some sweet flavour.
This is not your usual Double IPA. We have put our brains together to make this Twin Cities a BANGER!
Assertive bitterness, robust malt profile, citrus and piney flavours coming after the 1st sips, complexified by stone fruit and tropical lingering flavour all supported by a strong malt base to give it balance.
Malt: Pale Malt, Wheat Malt, Oat Malt, Cara 20.
Hops: Mandarina Bavaria, Groene Bel, Goldings, Cryo Pop, Riwaka, Galaxy, Belma.
Yeast: Verdant.

This Winter Blond rises to 7.5° and offers powerful flavours of hops and citrus. YETI BANG offers softness in the mouth with a good smell of apple and hops with bold notes of citrus and piney aromas. "New Brewer's Edition"
West Coast Rye IPA
ABV 6.2% - IBU 42 - EBC 28
It’s been a while we don’t brew with Rye, our brewers love the spiced and complex profile Rye can bring to an IPA, combined with a fresh combo of hops from the BCORP farm Crosby. A brewers favourite! Dry and slightly spicy mouthfeel, lingering bitterness, a grapefruity and orangy taste with pine, peach and melon aromas. Complexity in a very drinkable way!
Malt: Pure Local Regenerative Pilsner, BE Munich, BE Rye Malt, BE Biscuit Malt, BE Cara 20.
Hops: Crosby Hop BCORP Farm: Amarillo, Centennial, Idaho 7, Cashmere.
Yeast: US05.
" Fruity, Tropical, Balanced"
Fruit Ale
ABV 5.9% - IBU 16 - EBC 21
Sometimes we forget about the classics. But we should not!
Jungle Joy is part of the family since 2017, when our crowdfunder’s elected it, and it has been improved since then. Is now fully brewed in our state of the art brewery in Port Sud, with the same fruity power as usual. Mango and Passion Fruit make the combo of this fruit ale. Not a sweet fruit ale! Nothing artificial!
Expect a natural acidity provided by the big amount of passion fruit we added and yumminess given by the even bigger amount of mango we used. A dash of special malts bring balance to this one. Even in the winter we have the right to refresh ourselves and dream about tropical destinations Enjoy!
Natural fruit acidity, tropical aromas and flavour coming from mango, passion fruit, and from the Mosaic hops. Low bitterness.
Malt: Pilsner, Wheat, Oat Flakes, Rye & Cara 20.
Hops: Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Hallertau Blanc, Challenger & Sorachi Ace.
