With our friends Adam & Brian at Northern Monk in Leeds we simultaneously brewed a non-traditional Witbier.
We changed up the fruits (lime, not orange), generously hopped it & fermented with the funky Sacch. Brux. Trois yeast! It's hazy & juicy and full of notes of mint, lime & coconut.
ABV: 5.8% - IBU: 20 - EBC: 10 - Style: DDH Sabro Lime Wit
