Sodbuster is a legendary hop farm in the pacific northwest, in the state of Oregon, a 5th generation family owned farm. One of the first hop growers in the United States.
Sodbuster supplied some hand-selected hop varieties and their very best batches and sent them over via the Farm to Pint project from Yakima Chief ( Our main Hop Supplier).
For this collaboration, we decided to brew a Mountain IPA, where West Coast IPA meets East Coast IPA. Juicy Hop Aromas, West Coast Colour, Low bitterness, Modern tropical hops, dry and refreshing finish.
