A special one, this beer is the last of more than 250 "regular” beer recipes brewed at Dansaert. From now on all beers in this brewery will be barrel-aged and of spontaneous or mixed fermentation. This means there will always be multiple yeasts and/or bacteria involved, either airborne or pitched. The last recipe? An Imperial Stout, fermented with a French Saison yeast and a big dry-hop with Zappa, Idaho 7 & Amarillo.
